John Founder & CEO

Hi. I'm John. Great to meet you. John has broad software release, operations, governance and audit experience in the fin-tech space. He enjoys working on complex integration programmes that have elements across people, process and technology to create successful outcomes. 
Seeking a better fit for people to achieve a work-life balance, he founded Shiftiez to create people-oriented solutions that improve businesses bottom line.
He's an active member of the Melbourne Startup community through Melbourne Silicon Beach and welcomes contact from people looking to be more involved in the startup space.

Brie Client Experience Manager

Hi I'm Brie. Pleased to meet you. Brie has extensive experience leading both internal and customer support teams across the Asia Pacific Region, always putting the voice of the customer first. Her history with Banking, Payroll and Superannuation service providers has seen her work from a variety of locations around the world including the Philippines, UK, and of course Australia whilst supporting her passion of travel.

Brie is one of those rare people who speaks computer and human you can often find her at meetups around the country speaking about how human driven design rules our product development.

Michael Development Lead

Hi! I'm Michael, pleased to meet you!

Michael completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in 2013 with 1st Class Honors from the University of Waikato specialising in software.

Areas of interests include algorithm design, machine learning and computational logic.  He comes to development from a mathematical background and enjoys problem-solving including the application of machine learning.

Michael also has a strong interest in sport and in 2013 became the New Zealand badminton mens singles champion. A career highlight being representing New Zealand at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
